    Dave Reeve has a very impressive career in the auto industry, starting back in the late 70's and for the last 20 years, has been the General Manager for a high-line luxury dealership.  He brings to Borcherding a career that is focused on customer satisfaction in sales and service that have won manufacturers awards for these accomplishments.  Dave is used to winning since he was the starting place kicker for the 1977 National Championship team at Notre Dame.  Playing alongside of great players such as Joe Montana (and Rudy), he has taken the team aspect from the field and brought it into the dealership along with the attitude of what it takes to be successful in a very competitive market.  Dave knows that today's market is loaded with great products, so the way to earn a customer's business is to treat them as you would a member of your own family.

    Like a lot of people in the car business, I got into it when I was looking for a ?real? job. That was 23 years ago. The surprise was that I found something I enjoyed doing and seemed fairly good at. The best part came when I realized that I was a ?truck specialist? and found my niche as the Fleet & Commercial Sales Manager for a large GM store in Central Kentucky. What?s the best part of my job?the customers. It?s a real ?business to business? relationship that can sometimes last for years. When it?s done right, you?ll feel like a partner with your customers and their business. My mantra is to try and give my customers a ?win-win? experience.?

    The youngest of 7 children, Hank Stallings was born in Salem, VA. While attending Roanoke College and pursuing a Bachelor?s in Business Administration, Hank worked as a Point Sales Specialist for Advance Auto Parts Stores. After graduating from Roanoke College, had worked as a Computer Programmer and Analyst for a private software company until he joined the sales team of Colgate ? Palmolive. Hank has over 13 years of sales and marketing experience in the consumer package goods industry with several Fortune 500 companies and has been a GM Sales and Leasing Consultant since 2008. Hank lives in Goshen on a few acres. He enjoys biking on the Little Miami Trial, working out music, trivia, and classic American cars.

    Personally, I live in Alexandria, Ky with my wife and 3 kids (Son 13 and Daughters 15 & 17).  I am an member of the Campbell County School Board and enjoy riding dirt bikes with my son.

    Professionally, I started off in the local hardware store in grade school.  Moved to Florida started sweeping floors for larger building materials retailer and worked my way into store management.  Along the way I picked up the technology bug and turned that into a software company.  Around the time of Y2K I began working with a global consulting firm as an Account Executive for the National Automotive Practice and Midwest Industrial Products divisions.  After the bubble burst in technology I started a remodeling company with a showroom that provided in house design, product and installation just for baths. 

    I sold my company in February of this year and am looking forward to a long term relationship at Borcherding.  I'm excited about the transformation in the auto industry towards transparency and the internet.   That coupled with the long standing Borcherding reputation gives me confidence that I'm in the right place.
