I have also been scheduled for my oil change appointment in early May. I certainly plan to keep my Trailblazer in as good as,...if not better than, the condition I bought it in. In fact, after driving the truck the very night we bought it,..we could smell a STRONG odor of gasoline from the rear of the truck. I sent an e-mail regarding that issue, and was promptly told to bring it back & get it looked at. Long story short, the leak was detected & corrected by your staff. I even received a 'loaner' while my truck was being repaired. I have purchased cars from several different manufacturers over the years, and have never received a 'loaner' from any dealership! Again, my deepest appreciation for all the efforts that you & your staff have afforded me & my family during the purchase of our Trailblazer. While I know I wasn't the 'target' market buyer, Steve (sales)/Mike (service)/Tony (internet) among many others, have certainly made the purchase of this SUV as close to a 'no-brainer' (this coming from someone who analyzes EVERYTHING) as could be. My family & I were treated with the kindness & respect usually offered to a customer who is considering the purchase of a $40,000 vehicle.
